ACCUSED PLEADS GUILTY. Charges of forging the signature of Ruby Dillon to a cheque for £4, and causing it to be acted upon as though genuine, and forging the signature of H. P. Garland to a cheque for £3, were admitted by John Fitt, aged 52. soapmaker, in (he Police Court yesterday before Messrs. L. S. Rickerby and H. T. King, J.L'.'s. Detective Snedden read a statement made by accused admitting the offences. Accused was committed to the Supremo l ourt for sentence.
