NOMINATIONS FOR COUNCIL.
The following nominations for executive offices on the council. of the Auckland Chamber of Commerce were announced at yesterday's meeting:—President, Mr. A. M. Seaman, the present president ; vi< epresident, Mr. Ilarvev Turner; executive, Messrs. C. F. Bennett, F. M. Hills. F. H. Leonard, T. A. Low (retiring members eligible for re-election), F. N. Ambler and J. O'Connor. An election for the five vacancies on the executive will take place at the annual meeting next Thursday.
