DOMINION CRICKETERS.
HISTORY OF ENGLISH TOUR. BOOK WRITTEN BY AUCKLANDER. (Received January 20, 7.35 p.m.) LONDON, Jan. 20. Mr. O. S. Hintz, the Auckland journalist who accompanied the New Zealand cricketers on their tour of England, has written a genial history of the tour. He pays a tribute to the team of 14 good companions who became so popular. The book states that England said, in effect, "We like you fellows, and like your cricket. Don't let it be long before you return." The author describes Lhe matches brightly, with a wealth of anecdote and numerous- photographs.
