ATTACK ON CHANCELLOR. TROUBLES OF FATHERLAND. (Received January 20, 12.25 a.m.) BERLIN, Jan. 19. Herr Hitler, leader of the Nazis, in a memorandum explaining his refusal to agree to a prolongation of Marshal Von Hindenburg's term as President by a vote of the Reichstag, attacks Dr. Bruening. Ho argues that his regime has reduced Germany to insolvency and international impotence.
