WOMEN'S INSTITUTES.
Happy Valley.—The annual meeting of the Happy Valley Institute was held recently. The following officers were elected: president, Mrs. Wooster. sour.; secretary and treasurer. Mrs. If. Ogle; committee members, Mrs. Brownlee. Mrs. (), Wooster. Mrs. E. J. Ogle and Miss Douolley. A report of the year's progress was given by the president, and a report of the financial position of the institute by (ho secretary.
