EDUCATION SERVICE.
Tributes to the services of the late Mr. James Boddie, who had been a member of the Auckland Education Board for 14 years, were paid by the chairman, Mr. A. Burns, at a meeting of the board yesterday. A resolution of sympathy with his relatives was passed, members standing in silence.
