THE CUMBERLAND. The Cumberland is to leave Picton for Lyttelton to-day to complete loading for London. KARTIGI FROM NEWCASTLE. The Kartigi was scheduled to leave Newcastle for Wellington last Tuesday. She is eipecle4 at Wellington on Monday. KARETU DUE SHORTLY. The Karetu is expected from Newcastle ard Sydney, via Fiji and Tonga, to-morrow. The vessel has a quantity of fruit from Tonga. , TOXGAHIRO TO REPLACE CORNWALL. The New Zealand Shipping Company has re:eived advice that the Tongariro is to leuve Liverpool for New Zealand on June 25 in place of the Cornwall. WAIMEA TO RESUME. After laid up during the holidays the Waimea is to resume running nest w«iek. She will be despatched for Gisborne ard Napier on Tuesday afternoon. ULIMAROA SAILED. The Ulinniroa was despatched for Sydney yesterday morning with 129 passengers, as W(ul as mail and cargo. The vessel is due at Sydney on Tuesday and she is to be despatched for AVellington next Friday. HUNTINGDON CLEARRD CURACAO. Reported to have cleared Curacao on January 6, the Federal Line steamer Huntingdon is en route from Falmouth to New Zealand to load for England. She is in ballast, and is due about February 3. KIA ORA'S EXTRA PORTS. The Shsw, Savill and Albion Company advise that the Kia Ora, which is to leave London for Port Chalmers and Lyttelton on February 10. will also unload at New Plymouth and Nelson lONIC CLEARED COLON. The Shaw, Savill and Albion liner lonic is reported io.have cleared Colon last Tuesday, in continuation of her voyage from Auckland to London. She was despatched from Auckland on .December 12. SIERRA FROM LOS ANGELES. A fine weather voyage was experienced by the Matson Line steamer Sierra which arrived from Los Angeles, via Honolulu, Pugo Pago and Suva, yesterday morning. She resumed her voyage to Sydney last evening. CARGO FROM AUSTRALIA, The Kaimiro was scheduled to clear Hobart yesterday and is expected to leave Melbourne next Wednesday for Bluff, Dunedin, Lyttelton, Wellington, Picton and Nupier. She will reach Auckland toward the end of January. MAUNGANUI FROM SYDNEY The Maunganui sailed from Sydney for Wellington at five o'clock last evening. The vessel is due at Wellington on Tuesday marning and she is to sail on her return trip to Sydney next Friday. OPAWA FOR LOUTH. The New Zealand Shipping Company's mator-liner Opawa is to sail for Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin and Timaru on Monday afternoon to complete unloading cargo from West Coast ports of Great Britain. THE GOLDEN CLOUD. Advice received by Henderson and Macfa rlane Limited, states that the Golden Cloud has been substituted for the Golden West, and will leave Los Angeles on February 2 for JNew Zealand ports and Melbourne. MAKURA FROM SAN FRANCISCO. With passengers, mail and cargo for New Zoaland, the Royal Mail liner Makura is due at Wellington from San Francisco, Pipeete and Rarotonga on Monday morning. She is to resume her voyage to Sydney on Tuesday. ASTORIA FROM OCEAN ISLAND. Henderson and Macfarlane, Limited, have received advice that the Danish motor-ship Astoria left Ocean Island for Auckland on Junuary 7. The vessel haß a full carjo of 7725 tons of phosphates, all of which will bo unloaded at Auckland. She is due on January 18. GLENBANK FROM NAURU. The Bank Line motor-ship Glenbank will arrive from Nauru Island at one o'clock this alternoon, according to her wireless advice. She will berth at King's Wharf to unload h'jr cargo of 8250 tons of phosphates r.o the agency of Henderson and Macfarlane, Limited. AORANGI FROM SYDNEY. The Royal Mail liner Aorangi is due from. Sydney on Monday morning with passengers and mail from Australia. After loading curgo and mail and embarking passengers fiom New Zealand she is to resume her voyage to Suva, Honolulu and Vancouver an 11 o'clock on Tuesday morning. FLOATING SPAR SIGHTED. The Marine Department advises that the master ot tne Titoki reports that on Thursday he passed a spar or log, 2ft. to 3ft. thick, floating end-on and projecting about 3it. out of the water. The position was: Terawhiti, bearing south-west by east, magnetic, distance seven miles. CITY OF DUNKIRK REPORTS. Wireless advice received from the City of Dunkirk states that she will arrive from New York at 10 o'clock to-morrow morning. The vessel is under charter to the A. and A. Line and she has a general merchandise cargo for discharge at Auckland, Wellington, fjyttelton, Dunedin and Australia, Cargo for Auckland will be unloaded at P/ince a Wharf to the agency of the New Zealand Shipping Company. HERTFORD FOR LOADING. The New Zealand Shipping Company advises that the Hertford is scheduled to leave Gisborne at six o'clock this evening and she ill due at Auckland to-morrow evening. Hie vessel will berth at Queen's Wharf to continue loading for London and West Coast ports of Great Britain. From Auckland she will proceed to Wellington to complete lier cargo. H.M.S. LABURNUM IN PORT. H.M.S. Laburnum arrived from Whangarsi last evening and berthed at Devonport. On Monday morning the warship will leave for n short cruise to the Hauraki Gulf with tiie Governor-General, Lord Bledisloe, and tiie Lady Bledisloe on board. After visiting Kawau, Little Barrier and Port I'iizroy, the warship will return to Auckland on Wednesday evening. PAK'EHA LOADING.
