SAFETY OF ST. PAUL'S.
| REPORT BY SURVEYORS. (Receiver! December 'JO, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON. Dec. 28. The Daily Telegraph says surveyors have informed tlio cathedral authorities that as the result of the restoration work, St. Paul's is out of danger. Their opinion is based on months of daily tests, notably of the* dome, no movement of which was recorded.
