GENEVA ENGAGEMENT. DISARMAMENT CONFERENCE. -British Wireless. RUGBY, Dec. 08 Mr. Arthur Henderson, Leader of the Socialist Party and ex-Foreign Minister, is returning to London after a slay on tho Riviera from which his health has greatly benefited. He is expected to take advantage of the presence in England of Sir Eric Drnmmond, ficeretnry-General of the League of Nations, to discuss the procedure for the forthcoming Disarmament, Conference over the opening session of which Mr. Henderson is to preside on February 2. It is possible, though not probable, that Mr. Henderson may have 1.0 undergo a slight operation, but it is hoped that even in that, event bo will be able to fulfil his present intention of leaving London for Geneva on January 28.
