SWEEPSTAKE WINNER.
SHARE OF PRIZE CLAIMED. FAILURE OF COURT CASE. LONDON. Dec. 4. Mr. Justice Meredith, at Dublin, gave judgment for Emilo Scala, the London cafe proprietor, who won the first prize in the Irish Freo State hospitals sweepstake last March in tho case in which Matteo Constantino and Antonio Epicello claimed a share of the prize. The suit commenced last April.
