DEPARTURE FOR CANADA. DISCUSSIONS WITH MINISTERS. (Received December 6, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, Dec. 5. Tho Primo Minister of Canada, Mr. R. B. Bennett, left Liverpool for Canada in tho liner Duchess of Richmond, which was held up in tho Mersey by mountainous waves and a wind which blew at the rate of 77 miles an hour. Although his visit was primarily for health reasons, it is understood that Mr. Bennett had conversations with Mr. J. 11. Thomas, Secretary of State for the Dominions, and other Ministers on Imperial economic projects.
