REVENGE ON NEGRO.
LYNCHED BY CROWD. MURDER OF BUSINESS MAN. (Received December C, 5.5 p.m.) VANCOUVER, Dec. 5. A negro named 'Williams killed Daniel Elliott, a prominent business man at Salisbury, Maryland, United States, on Friday morning and was himself wounded. He was taken from the hospital by a crowd of citizens and lynched in tho centre of the town in the presence of 2000 cheering spectators.
