HOPES FOR POWER. ATTITUDE TO REPARATIONS. (Received December (1. 5.5 p.m.) BERLIN, Dec. 5. Ho it Hitler, receiving a party of journalists, predicted the advent of his parly to power within a few weeks, certainly within a few months. lie declared Germany would bo unable to pay both her reparations and commercial debts. In order to do so she would havo to export goods to the value of over £2,500,000,000 a year, which was impossible. A Nazi Government would bo prepared to honour private debts, but would be unwilling to pay tho monstrous extortion passing under the name of reparations.
