QUEEN STREET TRAMS.
Sir, —As the manager of the tramways cannot see his way to recommend an overlapping tram section between Customs Street and Wellesley Street, I would suggest that a special penny section be established between those streets without interfering with the present sections. I am sure this would make for increased revenue as many people would pay a penny to ride a short distance in tho city where they will not pay twopence. C. DE M.
