CRISIS IN GERMANY.
GOVERNMENT'S VICTORY. DECISIVE VOTE IN REICHSTAG FREE HAND FOR CHANCELLOR. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. BERLIN, Oct. 16. The Reichstag rejected a NationalistCommunisi motion of no-confideneo by 294 votes to 270. The vote was taken in an electrical atmosphere. The crowded Houso greeted the result with a storm of cheers. The majority comprised the Socialists, all the middle parties, the Economic Party, and some members of the People's Party, while the Nazis, Nationalists, Communists and Agrarians voted solidly against the Government. The vote means that the Chancellor, Dr. Bruening, will have a free hand to rule Germany.
