ILLEGAL SALE OF LIQUOR.
WOMAN LICENSEE FINED. [BY TELEGRAPH. PRESS ASSOCI ATI ON. ] WELLINGTON. Thursday. In a written judgment., Mr. K. Page, F.M., convicted Cissy Mira Brought, licensee of the New Zealander Hotel, for selling liquor after hours. The case arose out, of the set of circumstances in ■which the barman, James Fearon, her brother, was fined the maximum of £lO for supplying liquor after hours. She was fined £2 and costs.
