MID-WEEK COM PETITION. The following matches will be played tomorrow in the Auckland Rugby League's mid-week competition:—Waterside Workers v. Stones and Stormont's, Cnrlaw Pnrk, 3.45 p.m.. Mr. McCnll; Town Board v. Nicholson Pnrk, Carlaw Park, 2.30 p.m., Mr. L. Dickson. The following players have been chosen with a view to sending a mid-week repre» senta' team to the Waikato for a match on a date to be arranged:—Backs: Peckham, Jay, P. Purdy (Waterside Workers), Munce, Brown (Stonex and t Stormont's). Hickey, Irvine (Loco. Railway), Hall (Nicholson Park). Milne (City Markets), Bowen (Town Board). Forwards: Ragg, Ballet. Karup (Waterside Workers), Burrell, Hunt, Hawkes (Loco. Railway), J. Purdy (City 'Markets), F. Chapman (Town Board), Davies (Nicholson Park). Players nre requested to attend at Carlaw Park on Thursday evening at 7.45 o'clock for training.
