MOSLEM MOBS' EXCESSES. SERIOUS CLASH WITH TROOPS. DELHI. Sept. 23. The Moslems' anti-Government agitation at Srinagar, the capital of Kashmir, is spreading to other places in that State. There was,a serious incident at Anantuag, where a mob attacked a small detachment of troops who fired, killing 19 and injuring many. Crowds of Moslems armed with swords and axes threatened retaliation, but were checked by a force of troops and police.
