ANOTHER DOCTOR HURT.
WAIKARE GORGE MISHAP. CAPSIZE OVER A BANK. [BY TELEGRAPH. OWN CORRESPONDENT.] GISBORNE, Saturday. A motoring accident occurred at eight o'clock last evening in the Waikare Gorge, between Napier and Gisborne. Dr. W. A. Bowie and Mr. J. B. Kells, both of Gisborne, were returning from Wellington. In moving over to the side of the road to allow another car to pass Dr. Bowie's vehicle went over the edge and turned over three times in its descent of the bank. Dr. Bowie, who had been driving, suffered a dislocated collarbone and two broken ribs, but Mr. Kells escaped with a slight strain. The two motorists spent the night at Waikare and came on to Gisborne to-day.
