LEADING COUNTRIES SUFFER. BRITISH OFFICIAL RETURN. British Wireless. R.L T '.rß\. Sept. 24. Significant figures regarding the worldwide nature of the trade slump are given in the Board of Trade Journal. In ths first six months of this year a group of 16 of the most important countries showed a decline of 27.8 per cent, in imports, and 29.7 per cent, in exports. For the United Kingdom the decline was 22.4 per cent, in imports, and 34.7 per cent, in exports. The United States showed a decline of 25 per cent, in imports and 36.7 per cent, in exports.
