COLLISION ON BRIDGE.
LORRY AND MOTOR-CAR.
[FROM OUR OWN CORRESPONDENT.] TE AROHA, Friday. A collision between a timber-lorry driven by Mr. C. Kelly, of Waitoa, and a car driven by Mr. J. McKay, of Morrinsville, occurred on a bridge spanning the Waitoa River near No. 1 Road yesterday afternoon. The windscreen and head lamps of the car were smashed and the running boards damaged. Mrs. McKay, who was a passenger in the car, and was accompanied by three children, sustained a deep cut on the forehead and suffered slight shock. No one else was hurt.
