Martin Brown's " Cobra," the play that created a sensation in silent days as a Rudolph Valentin# picture, has been purchased by Paramount, for Kay Francis and Paul Lukas. Miss Francis will be the serpentine lady who lures men to ruin, and is herself burned to death, as she waits in a hotel room for her husband's best friend to keep a tryst.
