FLAUNTING FEATHERS.
In Paris the smartest women arc already tiring of the bowler hats. None of the film stars seems to like them. Gloria Swanson. Lily Damita, Lillian Gish and Natcha Rombova (formerly the wife of Rudolph Valentino) bought numerous hats in Paris, but no bowlers. Velvet hats, /however, with plumes, are much liked.
