COMMUNITY SUNSHINE.
The ladies' auxiliary of the Community Sunshine School held their monthly meeting on Thursday afternoon. There was a large attendance.. The president, Mrs. Pratt, reported that the mid-day hot meal served to the children, which was started at the beginning of the term, is proving a great success and of much benefit ■ to them.
During the afternoon a visit was paid to the school by the .Rev. Wilna Constable who, accompanied by a number of ladies from the Unitarian Church Women's Sewing Bee, inspected the building. The lanies admired the work that is being done by the evening classes and remarked that the greatest praise was due to those who are carrying on the good work for the benefit of the children. After the business of the meeting had concluded afternoon tea was served by the ladies.
