CASE AGAINST SOLICITOR.
STRUCK OFF THE ROLL. CHRISTCHURCH APPLICATION. [bt telegraph.—press association. ] WELLINGTON. Friday. The Court of Appeal to-day made an order striking Charles Firth Woodhead, of Christchurch, off the roll of solicitors. Mr. P. B. Cooke, who appeared for the practitioner, said the practitioner consented to the order being made. Costs, £ls 15s, and disbursements, were allowed to the Law Society.
