STRUCK OFF ROLL.
NEW PLYMOUTH SOLICITOR. TROUBLE OVER ACCOUNTS. [BT TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] WELLINGTON, Thursday. On the application of the New Zealand Law Society the Court of Appeal to-day-made an order striking George Grey, of New Plymouth, off the rolls of barristers and solicitors. The allegations contained in the application were that Grey had transferred from an estate account to his own account a sum of £BOO, and from a client's account to his own account a further £244.
