HUSBAND'S PETITION.
WIFE ORDERED TO RETURN.
A petition for restitution of conjugal rights was brought before Mr. Justice Ilerdman in the Supreme Court yesterday l, v Harry H. Adeane (Mr. Ford) against 'l'llelma Adeane (Mr. Henry), to whom |,e was married at Fitzroy, Melbourne, in May, 1925. Mr. Henry withdrew respondent's answer. Petitioner said he came to Auckhuul with his wife in December, 1911. In .June, 1929, he had to go into hospital with pulmonary tuberculosis, and remained there until he was discharged cured last April. He had made every effort, to induce his wife to return, but she had refused to do so. His Honor made nn order for respondent to return to petitioner within days.
