BURGLARS ACTIVE.
OPERATIONS AT METHVEN. [BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] ASHBURTON. Thursday. Two shops and a hotel at Methven were entered last night, and an attempt was made to enter a third shop. No cash had been left in the business premises, and the thieves removed only a very little stock. At the Methven Hotel, the till, containing £3, was taken.
