EARL JELLICOE SAILS.
DEPARTURE FROM QUEBEC. (.Received September 14, 7.45 p.m.) QUEBEC, Sept, 13. Earl Jellicoo sailed for England this afternoon. He expressed the opinion that the sea air and rest would cure the cold from which he is suffering.
