FINANCIAL CRISIS.
MAIN PROBLEM OF WORLD. SUGGESTION BY DR. CURTIUS. British "Wireless. RUGBY, Sept. 13. The German Foreign Minister, Dr. Curtius, when addressing the Assembly of the League of Nations, suggested that a small committee of experts should be appointed to study the situation in Asiatic and American economic centres. Dr. Curtius said the necessity of bringing the crisis to an end was the principal duty with which the world was faced.
