TRAIN STRIKES MOTOR.
CHRIST CHURCH COLLISION. TWO WOMEN INJURED. [BT TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] CHRISTCHURCH, Monday. When the motor-car in which they were riding was struck by a train at the Montreal Street crossing late on Saturday evening, Mrs. John Jeffreys, of Addington, and Mrs. Henry Nicholson, of Spreydon, both received head injuries and were admitted to hospital. They are not seriously hurt and the condition of both is improving.
