The Melanesian Mission steamer Southern Cross is scheduled to sail at noon to-mor-row with stores for the mission stations in the south-west Pacific. She is loading at Western Wharf. BRUNSWICK LEAVES LOS ANGELES. Tlie Atlantic Union Oil Company's tanker Brunswick is reported to have sailed from Los Angeles for New Zealand last Thursday. RANGITANE SAILED. The New Zealand Shipping Company's motor-liner Rangitane was despatched for Southampton and London, via Panama, on Saturday morning, with passengers, mail and cargo. THE VENTURA. The Matson Line steamer Ventura cleared Honolulu on Thursday in continuation of her voyage from Auckland to San Francisco. She is due at San Francisco next Wednesday. TARANAKI AT OOLON. The Shaw, Savill and Albion motor-ship Taranaki is reported to have reached Colon last Thursday, en route from London to Lyttelton, Port Chalmers, Bluff and Nelson. She is scheduled to reach Lyttelton about September 30. THE WAIRUNA. With cargo from Pacific Coast ports, the Union Company's steamer Wairuna is scheduled t.o clear Los Angeles to-day for Auckland, Napier, Wellington, Dunedin and Australia. She is due at Auckland about October 9. THE TANKER OTOKIA. The Union Company's oil tanker Otokia is scheduled to reach Wellington from San Pedro on Wednesday. She sailed from San Pedro on August 22. IDLE GERMAN SHIPPING. NUGULA TO DOCK. • The Admiralty oil-tanker Nucula is expected 1:o be docked on Wednesday to have her hull cleaned before she sails on her return trip to San Francisco load another oil fuel cargo for the New Zealand Navy Department. THE SIERRA. The Matson Line steamer Sierra is scheduled to leave Sydney to-morrow on her return voyage to San Francisco, via Auckland. Suva, Pago Pago and Honolulu. The vessel is due at Auckland 011 Saturday morning and she is to resume her voyage at five o'clock the same evening. THE CITY OF EASTBOURNE. Running under ihe ruspices of the A. ar.d A. Line, the City of Eastbourne is scheduled to leave New York next Wednesday for Galveston to load a quantity of sulphur. From Galveston the vessel will proceed to Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin and Australia. She is due at Auckland about October 22 MORINDA ARRIVED. Tho Burns-Philp steamer Morinda arrived from Norfolk Island last night and anchored in the Btream. She will berth at Queen b Wharf this morni'ig to land passengers, mail and cargo. At two o'clock this afternoon the vessel is to bo despatched on her return trip to Norfolk Island. THE TONGARIRO. The New Zealand Shipping Company a steamer Tongariro sailed for Southern ports 011 Saturday morning to complete discharging cargo from West Const ports o. Great Britain and to load for her homeward voyage. She is to be despatched from Wellington for London, Avonmouth, Liverpool and Glasgow on October 14. THE REMUERA. Now discharging cargo from London at "Wellington, the New Zealand Shipping Company's liner Reniuera is to commence loading on Thursday for her homeward voyage. Next Saturday the vessel is to leave Wellington for Napier, Gisborne and Auckland to complete loading. She is scheduled to reach Auckland on September ?5 and to sail for Southampton and London, via Panama, on September 30. SYDNEY MARU. A. G. Frankham and Company, Limited, has received advice that the Japanese motor-ship Sydney Maru left Mop Japan, on September 1 for Hongkong and Mani a to complete loading for Australia and i\e\v Zealand.
