DISCOVERY AT SHANGHAI. PLOT TO BOLSHEVISE CHINA. (Received September 4, 12.35 a.m.) SHANGHAI. Sept. 3. A plot to Bolshevise the whole of China was revealed by documents seized by tho Shanghai police in conjunction with the arrest of Noulons, alias Van der Cruyssen, an alleged Soviet agent, who recently was handed over to the Chinese military authorities. * The Nanking Government to-day released translations in English and French of the documents, also photographs of a most important character and incriminating, to all the newspapers. It proposes to despatch copies to foreign Governments in order to reveal the extent of Soviet intrigue. The case is attracting world-wide interest.
