From South Island ports and Wellington the Wingatui is expected to-morrow evening. After discharge she is to proceed to Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin and Timaru. The Awahou is due from Portland at an early hour this morning and will berth fit King's Wharf to complete loading. She is to sail for Napier, Wuiroa and Waikoliopu at four o'clock this afternoon.

TIRI FOR NORFOLK ISLAND. The new motor vessel Tiri is loading at King's Wharf for Norfolk Island. She is to sail at three o'clock this afternoon. THE GABRIELLA. The Gabriella is scheduled to reach Napier from Newcastle and Sydney to-day. The vessel has cargo for discharge at Napier and Picton. YACHT NORTHERN LIGHT. The • 250-tons American schooner-rigged auxiliary yacht Northern Light arrived from Wellington yesterday afternoon and is at Central Wharf. THE CANADIAN CRUISER. The Canadian National steamer Canadian Cruiser arrived at New York from New Zealand and Australia last Tuesday and resumed her voyage to Boston and Montreal two days later. THE KAIMIRO. After unloading a quantity of cargo from Greymouth the Kaimiro sailed for Suva last night to complete discharge. From Suva she will return to the West Coast. THE MATAKANA. The Shaw. Savill and Albion steamer Matakana is completing her loading at Wellington and is to sail for London. Avonmouth, Liverpool and Glasgow at daybreak to-morrow. H.M.S. VERONICA AT SUVA. H.M.S. Veronica arrived at Suva from Apia yesterday. The warship will remain in the Fiji Group until October 1 when she will proceed to Tonga before ihe returns to Auckland on October 12. R.M.S. NIAGARA IN PORT. With passengers and mail the Royal Mail liner Niagara arrived from Sydney yesterday morning. The vessel is at Princes Wharf and is to sail for Vancouver, via Suva and Honolulu, at eleven o clock tnis morning. # THE TOFUA.

. The Tofua arrived at Apia on Friday morning and was to sail for Suva and Auckland at four o'clock on Saturday aiteruoon. Tho vessel is scheduled to clear Suva on Thursday and reach Auckland next Monday. R.M.M.S. AORANGI. The Union Company advises that tho Royal Mail liner Aorangi, which is due at Auckland from Vancouver on Sunday, September 6, is scheduled to sail for Sydney e.t five o'clock the following evening. THE SOUTHERN CROSS. The Melanesian Mission steamer Southern Cross was docked yesterday morning for cleaning and painting. The vessel will unci ock this morning and berth at Western Wharf to refit for lier coming return cruise to the mission stations in the South-west Pacific. THE MONOWAI. Due at Wellington from Sydney this morning, the Monowai is expected to eail for Auckland this evening to complete discharge. The vessel is scheduled to reach this port on Thursday and to sail for Sydney direct at three o'clock on 1' riday afternoon. GOLDEN CROSS REPORTS. Henderson and Macfarlane, Limited, have received wireless advice from the American ijteamer Goiden Cross stating that she v. ill arrive from Los Angeles on Friday after;rioon. THE TAINUI. L. D. Nathan and Company, Limited, have received advice that tho Shaw, Savill and Albion liner Tainui is to leave Wellington for Auckland to-morrow to complete loading for England. The vessel is due on Friday and she is scheduled to sail for Southampton and London, via Panama, at 5 p.m. on September 2. PORT ALMA'S ITINERARY. Tho Commonwealth and Dominion Line motor-ship Port Alma, which is due from New York and Tampico on September 7, will unload at Auckland, Gisborne, Wellington, New Plymouth, Lyttelton, rimaru and Dunedin. For her homeward voyage the vessel will load New Zealand produce at Lyttelton, Wellington, Wanganui, New Plymouth and Auckland. She is scheduled to sail finally from Auckland for London, via Panama, on October 16. Heather, Roberton, Limited, axe the local agents. THE TEMERAIRE. An unexpected arrival at Auckland day was the Norwegian motor-ship Temerairo from Lyttelton. She berthed at King 3 Wharf to unload a Quantity of maize and dried fruit from Africa and hardwood timber from Bunbury. The vessel was to have proceeded from Lyttelton to Napier befoie corning to Auckland, but sho was drawing too much water to bertli at Napier Wharf. In consequence it was decided to discharge at Auckland first and then proceed to Napier to unload the remainder of her hardwood timber cargo. She is to leave Auckland on Friday.
