CHARGE AGAINST MOTORIST.
WEEK'S REMAND GRANTED. A charge of being found in a state of intoxication while in charge of a motorcar 111 Jcrvois Road, Ponsonby, on Sunday afternoon, was preferred against Robert Noton in the Police Court yesterday. In asking for an adjournment, Mr. Finlav said accused was confined to his bed and could not appear in Court. 'I he magistrate, Mr. F. K. Hunt, remanded accused lor a week on bail of £SO.
