- / HUSBAND'S DECREE NISI. Dissolution o£ a war-time marriage was {ought in the Supreme Court yesterday by Albert Steward Mosen (Mr. Gallagher) against Annie Mosen. Petitioner said he was married in England in April, 1918. He returned to New Zealand, leaving £BO in the possession/of his wife so that she might follow hiim He had not seen her since. He had yritten, but received no decree nisi' was granted by Mr. Justice Herdman.
