EXPLOSION AT LYONS.
A WOMAN SUSPECTED. PARIS, August 16. It is suggested that the explosion in a tenement house at Lyons, in which 10 persons - were killed, was caused by a woman who owned apartments in (he building, in order to secure the insurance money. Her body was found amid the debris.
