CHARGE OF MURDER.
INDIAN FRUITERER'S DEATH. GRAND JURY'S DELIBERATIONS. [by telegraph.—press association.] NEW PLYMOUTH, Monday. Tho grand jury sat all day without reaching a decision on the charge against Walter John Tinsley of ciurdcring Nana Chluba, an Indian fruiterer, who. was found dead in his shop at llawcra on February 1, and on the charge against Lawrence Moiilcalb of making a false declaration. These were the only criminal cases on the Supreme Court calendar. The grand jury sat this evening, but the Court adjourned until to-morrow. It is understood there are "0 witnesses for the Crown on tho murder charge.
