REDUCTION OF DEBT. GOOD EFFECT IN LONDON. LONDON, July 13. The financial editor of the Daily Herald says Australia lias every reason to congratulate herself on her remarkable performance in reducing the London indebtedness since August by £21.000,000. All the Slates having subscribed to the economy programme, this should do much to restore confidence.
