BILL BEFO*RE THE LORDS. SEVERAL CLAUSES REJECTED. (Received July 10, 7.15 p.m.) British Wireless.- RUGBY, July 9. In the House of Lords several clauses of the Government Electoral Reform Bill, which suffered considerable amendment in the House of Commons early in the session, were rejected by large majorities.
