A mysler ous murder, which was perpetrated at Maroubra, a Sydney suburb, last night, was discovered to-day. Frederick Moffiti was found shot through the breast in a sitting position at the steering wheel in his motor-cab at a lonely spot. Many sh<ts worn heard by the neighbours, but is the night was wot and dismal nobody ventured out to investigato. The policj express the opinion that Moffitt is 'he victim of an underworld feud, as t-lis shots were apparently fired from the nadway at short range. There are several bullet holes in the cab.
