THREE BANKS FAIL.
ILLINOIS INSTITUTIONS. NEW YORK. June 15. A messago from Rockford, Illinois, says three banks, with total deposits of more than £1,668,000, wore closed there to-day. Their failure was due to tho fact that their assets were "frozen.".
