COLLISIONS AT SEA.
PREVENTIVE REGULATIONS. AMENDMENTS POSTPONED. (Received Juno 16, 8.45 p.m.) Britisi Wireless. RUOBY, Juno 15. Tin) amendments to the international regulations for preventing collisions at sea, which were to have come into operation next month, have been postponed until a date to be announced later, as replies from all the Governments concerned, which number more than 60, have not yet been received.
