AN EASIER SITUATION. CATHOLIC CLUBS REOPENED. (Received June 16, 9.45 p.m.) ROME, June 16. The latest Papal Note to Italy is regarded as conciliatory. Several of the Roman. Catholic young men's clubs have been reopened in Ilome and at lurin, ■which confirms tho impression that the situation is easier.
