KILLED IN EARTHQUAKE
DESTRUCTION NEAR KABUL. FIFTEEN LIVES LOST. (Received June 16, 11.45 p.m.) CALCUTTA. June 16. Fifteen persons were killed and many Injured and a number of houses were destroyed by an earthquake in the district of Pangahair, north of Kabul, Afghanistan. It is reported that a volcano erupted.
