HAMILTON CLUB'S MEETING. [from our own correspondent.] Hamilton, Sunday. The Hamilton Coursim? Club opened its season at Whitiora yesterday afternoon with a maiden 6tnke for prizes aggregating £2l Me. There was a fail attendance. Thirteen hounds were entered. The hares wcro in fair condition. Five were killed during the afternoon. The results wcro:—First round: Flying Tui beat Jackie'3 Pride, 4—o; Lily of the Valley beat Pearl Logan, 2—o; Lucky Lad beat Blue Jacket, s—o; Tho Joker beat Mine Alone, ■1—0; Why Not beat Liberty, 3—o; Flip tho Frog beat Eileen's Own, i—0; Anzao Blue, 11 bye. First Ties.—Lily of the Valley beat Flying Tin, 2!—1; The Joker beat Lucky Lad, s—l; Why Not beat Anzuo Blue. 2—o.
