MAILBAG ROBBERY.

DESPATCH OF BANKNOTES. DISCOVERY AT BRANCH. SYDNEY. May 2. J( has been discovered that £IOOO worth of (lie five pound notes reported to have been stolen between Sydney and Canberra yesterday were included in a batch forwarded to the Wollongong branch of the Commercial Bank.
