CAMBRIDGE TROTS.
GOLD TREASURE'S CUP. SPRINT TO LADY YVONNE. BAD DAY FOR FAVOURITES. The perfect weather on Saturday greatly assisted the Cambridge Trotting Club in showing a satisfactory result for its annual race meeting. The attendance was good and although the track was a trifle dead after the recent rain creditable timeß were a feature of keen and interesting racing. Not a single favourite won and there were some good dividends. The totnlisator handled £11,274 10s, compared with £18.269 last year, a decrease of £(5991 10s, or 38 per cent. In anticipation of a decrease the club had wisely reduced the stakes from £1305 to £IOOO, so thnt the financial Vrcsult of the meeting should be satisfactory: Results:—
