A BEAUTIFUL VOICE.
Woman has many weapons of captivation and charm, but 0110 of her greatest, and 0110 which sho neglects most, is a beautiful voice. It is not every ono who can sing charmingly, but every 0:10 can cultivate a charming speaking voice. The most beautiful face and figure 111 the world can bo completely spoilt unless their owner has a voice which is onua ly p easing, while the plainest woman can bo transformed and beautified if sho possesses a voico which charms. . , , - f Beauty culture and voice culture aro inseparable, and as few, it any, of us can hope to have perfect beauty, the wisest thing to do is to cultivate and make tho best of what we have. The plain woman needs a beautiful voice, perhaps, more than tho woman who has been more happily endowed by nature, but it is within the reach of every woman to liavo a voice which will add to her cliarm and attraction.
