PRESENTATION.
Mr. L. Flower, who has been postmaster at Matamata for seven years, has retired on superannuation after serving 39 years with the department. Presentations were made last week by members of the staff to Mr. and Mis. Flower. Mr. Leiulbeater. the chief clerk, in making the. presentations, referred to Mr. Flower's sense of justice, and his readiness in assisting members of the staff, and to Airs. Flower's hospitality to tb* staff.
